Diagnosis
A 2,000-word article is a working day you don’t have. The pipeline call wins that day every time, and the draft waits another quarter. We ask for 60 minutes of your voice and carry everything after it.
Why buyers misjudge the timeline
Raw transcript
QWhere do buyers misjudge the timeline?
AHonestly — um — they budget for the audit and forget the evidence collection. That’s, like, eleven of the fourteen weeks.
Published lead · sample
Buyers budget for the audit and forget evidence collection — the work that eats eleven of fourteen weeks.
The method
A 60-minute call yields roughly 9,000 words of transcript. We mark the eight to ten passages worth quoting, verify every claim against a primary source, and keep about a fifth of the material. What survives is your phrasing, not ours.
First call
The scoping call runs 25 minutes and costs nothing. You leave with a topic map for your first four pieces and a fixed quote in writing, whether or not you sign.

Proof note
These are the terms we write into every statement of work. If a scope needs different numbers, the quote says so before work begins.
Before you sign
Short answers, written into the statement of work, not left to a handshake.
We draft from your recorded syntax: your verbs, your sentence length, the analogies you reached for unprompted. Revision round one is a voice check. You mark anything you wouldn’t say aloud, and we recalibrate before round two.
Yours. Every piece publishes under your name, and on final payment the copyright assigns to you. We claim no portfolio rights unless you grant them in writing.
We sign your NDA before the first call. Anything marked off-record in the transcript stays out of drafts, and claims that need compliance review go to your legal contact before round one ships.
Each piece includes two revision rounds. If the interview itself missed the angle, we schedule a 20-minute re-interview at no charge before drafting again.
Fixed scope, two invoices: 50% at kickoff and 50% when the final piece is delivered. Any change to scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
